Postponement

The examinee may decide to postpone his or her examination once having registered for one examination. This may be done before the postponement/cancellation deadline », in every examination period, i.e. at least 9 working days before the day of the written or oral examination of a particular examination period.

The examination may be postponed to the next examination period for which the examination to be postponed is advertised ». Furthermore, postponement will relate to the entire examination. Examination components may not be postponed or rescheduled within the same examination period.

Postponement is subject to a fee (3000 HUF). An examination may be postponed on the candidates' online application platform. The statement of postponement cannot be revoked.

The particulars of the postponed examination (examination system according to the specialised language, its language, level, and place) cannot be altered after postponement.

Postponement as intended by the examinee may be requested only once in case of registration for one examination. Moreover, an examination previously postponed cannot be cancelled later.
